The Dan Marino effect and how it applies women who lost their beauty and failed to capitalize on it while they had it

If you’re a fan of American football, you’ll already know that Dan Marino was the best quarterback to never win a Super Bowl.

At one time, Dan Marino had all the major quarterback records. He broke all of Fran Tarkenton’s records, who was previously the best quarterback to never win a Super Bowl.

Then Brett Favre came along and broke all Marino’s records. Marino was bummed, because he neither had records nor a title.

After Favre, Peyton Manning, Drew Brees, and Tom Brady broke all of Favre’s records. However, Favre wasn’t bummed. Because he had the title.

“What does this have to do with ugly, bitter women?”

As the picture says, there are 3 main groups of people who hate beautiful women. Ugly, bitter women is one. Dorks who will never be able to woo a beautiful women (so they hate them rather than improving themselves) is another. And the last group – women who were once beautiful, but they failed to capitalize on it while they had it. And now that they lost it, they’re bitter against beautiful women because that used to be them.

I call this last tier the “Dan Marino effect.” He’s bummed because he had all the skills in the world. He was unarguably an elite quarterback and played one of the best seasons ever as a quarterback in 1984. No title though.

So you have a beautiful woman. She has it. Knows its powers. Loses it before she woos the right man. And now cannot land a quality man.

So who does she take it out on? You guessed it – beautiful women. Because of course it’s not her fault. Most folks don’t want to blame themselves when they can hate on other people instead. So much easier than taking responsibility for your own failures.

I liked Dan Marino. Enjoyed watching him play. No, he’s not bitter against beautiful women. But he was bummed about Brett Favre breaking all his records. When Favre’s records got broken by the other 3 guys I mentioned, Favre wasn’t bummed. Brees wasn’t bummed. Peyton Manning wasn’t bummed. Because they all have titles.

You see, a beautiful woman who lands a good man is happy. In time, her beauty will fade. Just like my brain is starting to go. We get older. That’s a cold, hard fact of life.

I cannot do amazing things with my brain anymore. I used to be super smart. And super quick.

I’m old now. Now, I can see the big picture better but I’m not that sharp anymore.

If you were once very smart and are now old, you’ll know exactly what I’m referring to.

Same thing with athletes. Jerry Rice was the best non-quarterback offensive player of the Super Bowl era. I don’t think anyone would dispute that. But put him in the NFL today and he would suck. Because like me, he’s an old man.

Some day, someone will come along and break all of Rice’s records. Hasn’t happened yet. But it will happen.

And Rice won’t be bummed because he’s got a title. (Actually 3).

But back to that once beautiful woman – she’s happy for young, beautiful women. Because they remind her of her when she was young and beautiful. And she hopes the best for them. She hopes like her, she lands a quality man.

Despite what the blackpillers say, genuine love really is forever. That is, if you end up with the right person.

The problem is nobody teaches you how to land the right person. Heck, even I can’t. I can tell you how to get laid but that’s the best I can do.

Anyways, do you know anyone with the Dan Marino effect? I know a few off the top of my head. They became feminists because it is easier to blame men than to admit you fucked up.
