They want you fat, sick, and broke…

…because it’s good for business. Bad for you, yes. But you don’t matter to them.

Well, your wallet does. You don’t. As long as you don’t drop dead before they can squeeze as much money as possible out of you.

Yes, there is a conspiracy out there and they’re called “lobbyists.” And if you dismiss this, you’re out. I’m trying to get rid of people from my circles who suck.

Yes, even family members. If someone wastes your time and makes your life harder, they’re not worth being in your life. That includes the family you’re born into.

Now, the family you made, you’re responsible for. No matter how hard things get. But that should go without saying.

Health is more important than finances

I’ve always said that you can always make more money. You can’t however come back from the dead.

I don’t know Tom and Lauren by the way. I just like that image. So kudos to them both. They inspired a blog post.

Everything you heard in the past two years is a lie. The corona narrative was the biggest lie of all and if you’re still one of those idiots who want to force masks and the corona vaccine, I got nothing more to say to you. You’re out.

You can’t trust any of the lobbies – the Military Industrial Complex, Big Pharma, Big Tech, etc. The media is just their mouthpiece.

They’d like you to believe there actually is dissent in this country but I hate to break it to you, the Democrats and Republicans are both in on this. If you really think there’s a major difference between them, then I got a bridge to sell you.

However, if you’re still here, I got great news for you. There are people like me fighting this. And we’re actually much bigger than people realize.

Soy, nut “milk,” vegetarianism, and all that other stuff is complete bullshit. Even when I just started wrestling, I threw around a Jiu-Jitsu brown belt like he was a rag doll. He even had 10 pounds on me. But he was a vegetarian for over a decade, which means he had weak ass muscles and even weaker bones.

Non fat diets? You want to look prematurely aged, be my guest. I look fantastic and one of the reasons is that I eat butter, animal fats, and olive oil in large quantities.

“But what about your heart?”

My blood pressure is perfect. If you ever want an easy barometer for your health, it’s your blood pressure and bpm.

We’ve been told eggs are bad. Bullshit. Eat them, including the yolks.

I don’t wear sunscreen. And I only do cardio once a week. The other 3 times I workout a week, I lift heavy weights. I’m in my fifties and can deadlift more than twice my weight easily.

The sun is your friend. The sun gives you Vitamin D, which is one of the most important vitamins. For free too!

Walk barefoot, put the phone away (unless you only use it for a camera, they’re good cameras), and enjoy nature. God made nature for you to enjoy, so enjoy it.

And like I’ve been saying a lot recently, upgrade your friends list. If your friends whine all day long rather than appreciating life, get better ones.
